Carolyn Tann-Starr

Carolyn Tann-Starr is an illustrator, photographer, musician, and computer programer. She is currently employed as a law enforcement officer by the City of New York and is assigned to the DCNY Facility Information Systems Unit. Prior to her appointment as a law enforcement officer, Mrs. Tann-Starr supplied Communication Services for another Mayoral Agency: DOT. Her husband Michael manages her fine arts portfolio.
