Below the Brow 1994

SIZE: 11" X 17"
MEDIA: Paper and modeling paste
PRICE: $500.00

Below the Brow is the first work from a series of a technique developed from not having access to a computer for manipulation. It involves small incisions and folding like a form of severed origami. Below the Brow represents the non-aesthetics of plastic surgery which cannot change the essence of a person. Instead it exposes the plastification of man's intervention against the natural rythmn of Nature.
