Biography

Swedish artist Stefan Aurelius was born in 1962. As an autodidact, he has been a professional artist since 1983, working with painting, sculpture, photography, and film. His works have been shown in Europe and the USA through 14 solo exhibitions, 19 group exhibitions and 6 film festivals. He has also completed 8 public arts projects.

He writes this about Overexposure/Underexposure: "A perfect sketch, a scheme for threefold relationship: menage a trois (right side of diptych). But then loosing the comfortable outline (left side of diptych) into the sculptural objects that bodies are with no mercy of detail to fall back on."
